I am a physician board-certified in Sleep Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Addiction Medicine. Over the past 20 years, my clinical work has spanned perioperative medicine, addiction treatment, and sleep physiology. My current focus is split between EusomniaMD—a concierge sleep practice dealing with complex and refractory cases—and the Lucid Bridge project, which is developing clinical safety and ethical boundary frameworks for AI in dementia care. A high-performance command-line utility and TUI wizard written in Python for parallelized domain name verification using RDAP and registrar APIs.
Clinical History & Experience
- Provide clinical evaluation and individualized treatment plans for refractory insomnia, sleep apnea, and sleep-related cognitive disorders.
- Collaborate with senior care providers to evaluate facility sleep hygiene and implement deprescribing protocols to reduce polypharmacy.
- Evaluated sleep disorders, interpreted diagnostic testing (polysomnography, home sleep tests), and managed therapeutic planning.
- Emphasized behavioral and pharmacologic strategies, including CBT-I-informed care and medication deprescribing where clinically appropriate.
- Delivered outpatient care and detoxification support for substance use disorders.
- Applied clinical pharmacology to address overlapping sleep disturbances, physical dependence, and pain management.
- Prepared over 250 board-eligible anesthesiologists for applied oral examinations through mock cases and clinical decision coaching.
- Provided perioperative care, regional anesthesia, and critical care management across major surgical specialties.
- Contributed to department-level process improvements in acute pain services and perioperative clinical workflows.
